Domiciliary Care (Care at Home)

What is domiciliary care?

Domiciliary care is an alternative to residential care, which allows you to receive the support you need whilst continuing to live in the familiar setting of your own home.

Live comfortably and safely at home with the support of our care workers.

We provide first class support, allowing you to receive the care you need in the comfort of your own home. We understand that everyone is different and require varying levels of support. As a result, there is no 'one size fits all' approach to our care. All of our care plans are personalised, placing you at the centre of your care. We value your input and with your help and the help of those closest to you, we form a care plan tailored to your care needs.

What services do we provide?

Whether you require occasional care visits, or more consistent visits for a  more complex condition, we have you covered. Our services start from as little as 15 minutes, all the way up to 24 hour live in care and include the following services:

  • Assisting you out of bed and dress in the morning.
  • Personal care - assisting you to bathe and manage your personal appearance.
  • Preparing meals throughout the day.
  • Support with medication including prompting, administration, ordering and collection of medicines.
  • Assisting with shopping, collecting pensions and paying bills.
  • General household tasks, including laundry and ironing.
  • Support to access your local community, including accompanying you to social settings and visiting friends & family.
  • Respite to cover periods of care in place of your primary carer.
  • Assisting you into bed in the evening.
